Over the next 5 classes, we will study the Sūtras that cover the first 5 limbs: Yama (Ethical practices), Niyama (Personal practices), Āsana (refinement of the body), Praṇāyāma (regulation of breath) & Pratyāhāra (tuning out sensory input).
