Managing your career is YOUR own responsibility, not your employer’s! Once you take the responsibility for your future, you must ask yourself: where I want to go, with what purpose and what kind of vision of life am I going to achieve?
Do you feel prepared enough to express your long-term goals clearly and concisely? If not, there’s no issue because you are going to receive dozens of tips from our mentor which will help you in designing the image of your future self and, at the same time, the ideas of projects you want to lead in order to achieve your personal objectives.

— ABOUT THE COACHES:
Marjan is one of the first Mindfulness certified trainers developing Leadership and Stress Management at work place across Mindfulness approaches in Belgium. She studied Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based Cognitive Intervention at UCL. She is also supervisor and a member of the Board of Association for the Development of Mindfulness.
With an MBA from Sorbonne, for over seventeen years Marjan has held responsible positions at Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, Avencis, Deloitte & Touche. This vast experience has given her knowledge of the challenges, constraints, and difficulties inherent in the world of business and management, as well as the consequences of stress for the organization.
— Philippe R. Declercq is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specializing in Career Coaching. His motto is to be the “companion of your professional life”.
With more than 2000 hours of experience with about 200 different clients, he developed a specific process for career coaching.
Within the International Coach Federation (ICF) he is one of the thought leaders on the subject and was invited to present several educational webinars
