This panel will stage leading panelists from the two sides of the Atlantic, to debate whether men and women lead through stressful and turbulent experiences with similar behaviors, using analogous tools and strategies – or if there are differences and patterns that are gender-based. Coming from different sectors (corporate, academia, public sphere), panelists will discuss if there is a gender dimension in the way leaders and managers respond to crisis and lead through adversity and change. If so, how? And what (new) configurations can be identified in the ways they manage in the new VUCA world? What can be learned from panelists experiences?
