Lecture by Psychologist Ieva Kurmyte 'Happiness and Distress'
Bhagavad Gita 2.14. says ''Happiness and distress are non-permanent, and come and go like the winter and summer seasons.''…
Through challenges we learn, grow and become who we are. Everything what happens, happen for a reason, therefore we have to take the responsibility and take control of situations. We have a choice: to be happy or not. When we behave right, we can achieve that real, inner happiness and overcome distress in any life situations. Bhakti Yoga, being positive, associating with people in goodness, helping and not blaming others, finding the right goal and purpose in life leads to inner happiness.
