Working with chakras will help you understand your body: where ailments come from and why, and how to release physical, emotional or mental tension. Chakra workout can elevate your yoga practice to another level of consciousness, knowing what asana, breathing or other tools to apply instinctively whenever needed. The needs of our body and mind change from one period of life to another.
In this 5-hour workshop we will focus on the chakra workout. You will learn various exercises, yoga postures, breathing, sounds related of each chakra, mantras and yoga nidra (deep and complete physical, emotional and mental relaxation). The workshop will include some theory, but is mainly based on practice.
