You will have proper guidance learning to use props on how to approach asanas with tight hamstrings or a tight lower back, yet getting the most benefit out of poses to relieve stress build up.
You will learn more about how the hamstrings and back are interconnected as well as when to stretch, and when to strengthen these muscles, while flowing through a fun, stretchy flow leaving you feeling tension-free!
