Round table: The fields of application of public policy design.
Presentation of the projects carried out by Belgian and French local authorities who have turned to public policy design in a number of different fields (social, healthcare, mobility, public procurement, and other policies).
Discussion: How can user-focused public services be improved?
Discussion with elected officials, public managers, designers, government innovation laboratories, researchers and attendees to identify the current challenges of public service in Belgium and define a cooperation framework for all players.
