The value of an artwork cannot be reduced to its price
This exhibition will present 73 artworks by more than 40 artists from private collections in Belgium. This is one way for WIELS to engage in a public-private collaboration, extending certain ideas proposed in the exhibition 'The Absent Museum' (2017). With 'Unexchangeable', WIELS continues to explore the potential forms of a future Museum of Contemporary Art in the European capital, Brussels.
