For this 3rd Mama's Haus Kitchen, we invite Liliana from Peru. She will prepare two famous dishes and a naaaas cocktail from her homeland:
We celebrate the potato with this sidedish. It consists in mashed yellow potato, ground yellow ají pepper and lemon, all stuffed with what Iliyana has in mind.
Peru's National dish. It's a spicy, raw fish salad with salt, garlic, onions, and hot Peruvian peppers, all mixed together and marinated in lime!
Wikipedia says the following: The Peruvian pisco sour uses Peruvian pisco as the base liquor and adds freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, ice, eg...g white, and Angostura bitters.
